Mark Sadler (b. 1984, London) is a writer and visual artist whose work explores the themes of isolation, memory, and the intersection of reality and fiction. Educated at the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham, and Kingston University, Mark's practice is rooted in a formal visual arts background that serves as the foundation for his literary work.

Originally approaching storytelling through a lens of photography, collage, and digital media, he has increasingly turned to the written word to expand upon the narratives within his visual art. His writing is characterised by a strong sense of place and atmosphere, often drawing on his experiences living in London and Berlin and the perspective gained from worldwide solo travels.

By blending the observational eye of a photographer with a deep interest in fictional history, Mark creates work that exists in the space between the seen and the imagined.

Mark has exhibited extensively in London and Berlin, with shows at ASC Studios, Bussey Building, Octagon Gallery, Vyner Street Gallery, Barge House (OXO Tower), and Stattbad Wedding. His work and writing have been featured in publications including Aspidistra Magazine and /seconds.
